On all the main European markets we boast a network of professional relationships of great importance both at the level of Tour Operators and Travel Designers.

 

In addition to presenting the company and its product, facilitating their marketing, we also make sure to take care of both physical and virtual training through appointments and webinars.

 

We participate, as representatives, in the main trade fairs of the sector both nationally and internationally as well as in any road shows, workshops organized by the tourism bodies

The Call-Action

The Call-Action (by Controvento) was created in 2014 to celebrate the company's first ten years in the field of European tourism representations.

It consists of a portfolio of Unique Boutique Properties characterised by small dimensions, extreme attention to details and direct management by the owners.

Each of the members can choose on which European market/s they wish their Boutique Hotel or Lodge to be introduced through selected "1-2-1" sales meetings, digital marketing activities & Social Media presence conducted on a yearly basis.

The Call-Action (by Controvento) is specifically addressed to tailor-made tourism entities willing to select refined establishments from Africa and/or the rest of the world and keen to offer to their customers a "state of the art" travel experience.

Our proven experience in marketing allows us to develop integrated communication strategies to increase or further strengthen the brand and product awareness of our partners.

Since 2004 we have created successful events (both nationally and internationally), B2B workshops, press conferences and product launches.

Each of the aforementioned activities has seen us, directors of all phases (planning, implementation, follow up), in direct synergy with our client to whom we have made available our creativity, our contacts, our experience and knowledge of the market on which we operated.

Thanks to a network of significant personal relationships with the Italian trade, and to a consolidated MICE experience, Controvento can assist its customers in the development of a strategy aimed at promoting their services in the groups & incentives sector.

 

We can carry out joined sales missions throughout Italy taking care of the planning of the appointment’s agenda, providing an accurate brief to prepare the visits, supporting the customer during the meetings and coordinating the follow-up phase next up.
